\nEstas condiciones generales de contrataci\u00f3n junto, en su caso, con las condiciones particulares que puedan establecerse, regular\u00e1n expresamente las relaciones surgidas entre Parapente Aventura Alicante y los usuarios que contraten los productos ofrecidos a trav\u00e9s de LA TIENDA. <\/p>\n

\nLas presentes Condiciones Generales han sido elaboradas de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 34\/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n y de Comercio Electr\u00f3nico, la Ley 7\/1998 sobre Condiciones Generales de Contrataci\u00f3n, el Real Decreto 1906\/1999 por el que se regula la contrataci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica o electr\u00f3nica con condiciones generales en desarrollo del art\u00edculo 5.3 de la Ley 7\/1998, el Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, la Ley 7\/1996 de Ordenaci\u00f3n del Comercio Minorista, el Real Decreto-Ley 14\/1999 reguladora de la Firma Electr\u00f3nica y cuantas disposiciones legales resulten de aplicaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

\nLa utilizaci\u00f3n y\/o la adquisici\u00f3n de cualquiera de los productos de LA TIENDA, supone la aceptaci\u00f3n como usuario, sin reservas de ninguna clase, de todas y cada una de las Condiciones Generales de Contrataci\u00f3n, de las Condiciones Generales de Utilizaci\u00f3n del Portal, as\u00ed como en su caso, a las Condiciones Particulares que, en su caso rijan la adquisici\u00f3n de determinados bienes o servicios. <\/p>\n

\nParapente Aventura Alicante informa de que los tr\u00e1mites para efectuar la adquisici\u00f3n de bienes son aquellos que se describen en las presentes condiciones generales, as\u00ed como aquellos otros espec\u00edficos que se indiquen en pantalla durante la navegaci\u00f3n, de manera que el usuario declara conocer y aceptar dichos tr\u00e1mites como necesarios para acceder a los productos y servicios ofrecidos en el Portal. <\/p>\n

\nCualquier modificaci\u00f3n y\/o correcci\u00f3n de los datos proporcionados por los usuarios durante la navegaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 efectuarse seg\u00fan las indicaciones incluidas en el Portal. <\/p>\n

\nLos productos ofertados en LA TIENDA, as\u00ed como sus caracter\u00edsticas y precios de venta, figurar\u00e1n anunciados en la misma.

\nUna vez registrado el usuario, y para proceder a la compra en LA TIENDA, deber\u00e1 a\u00f1adir el producto que desea adquirir en la \u00abcesta de la compra\u00bb, seg\u00fan las indicaciones recogidas en LA TIENDA, cumplimentando a estos efectos el formulario de pedido suministrado y envi\u00e1ndolo al titular, lo cual supone la lectura y aceptaci\u00f3n de todas y cada una de las presentes Condiciones Generales, as\u00ed como en su caso, de las Condiciones Particulares existentes.

2.4.
\nUna vez efectuada la compra y en el plazo m\u00e1s breve posible, el titular remitir\u00e1 al usuario por correo electr\u00f3nico un comprobante de la compra.
\nAs\u00ed mismo, el Cliente podr\u00e1 solicitar al titular la correspondiente factura, la cual le ser\u00e1 enviada por correo electr\u00f3nico a la direcci\u00f3n facilitada. <\/p>\n
