TERMS OF CONTRACT

1. PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION

1.1.
Estas condiciones generales de contratación junto, en su caso, con las condiciones particulares que puedan establecerse, regularán expresamente las relaciones surgidas entre Parapente Aventura Alicante y los usuarios que contraten los productos ofrecidos a través de LA TIENDA.

1.2.
Las presentes Condiciones Generales han sido elaboradas de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 34/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, la Ley 7/1998 sobre Condiciones Generales de Contratación, el Real Decreto 1906/1999 por el que se regula la contratación telefónica o electrónica con condiciones generales en desarrollo del artículo 5.3 de la Ley 7/1998, el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, la Ley 7/1996 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, el Real Decreto-Ley 14/1999 reguladora de la Firma Electrónica y cuantas disposiciones legales resulten de aplicación.

1.3.
La utilización y/o la adquisición de cualquiera de los productos de LA TIENDA, supone la aceptación como usuario, sin reservas de ninguna clase, de todas y cada una de las Condiciones Generales de Contratación, de las Condiciones Generales de Utilización del Portal, así como en su caso, a las Condiciones Particulares que, en su caso rijan la adquisición de determinados bienes o servicios.

1.4.
Parapente Aventura Alicante informa de que los trámites para efectuar la adquisición de bienes son aquellos que se describen en las presentes condiciones generales, así como aquellos otros específicos que se indiquen en pantalla durante la navegación, de manera que el usuario declara conocer y aceptar dichos trámites como necesarios para acceder a los productos y servicios ofrecidos en el Portal.

1.5.
Cualquier modificación y/o corrección de los datos proporcionados por los usuarios durante la navegación deberá efectuarse según las indicaciones incluidas en el Portal.

2.- PRODUCTS AND PRICES

2.1.
Los productos ofertados en LA TIENDA, así como sus características y precios de venta, figurarán anunciados en la misma.
Asimismo, se informará de los gastos de envío al domicilio del usuario, los cuales serán siempre por cuenta del cliente.

2.2.
Para la adquisición de los productos en LA TIENDA, Parapente Aventura Alicante solicitará a los usuarios que procedan a registrarse, para lo cual dichos usuarios, que deberán ser mayores de dieciocho (18) años, deberán cumplimentar las instrucciones que aparezcan en pantalla.

2.3.
Una vez registrado el usuario, y para proceder a la compra en LA TIENDA, deberá añadir el producto que desea adquirir en la «cesta de la compra», según las indicaciones recogidas en LA TIENDA, cumplimentando a estos efectos el formulario de pedido suministrado y enviándolo al titular, lo cual supone la lectura y aceptación de todas y cada una de las presentes Condiciones Generales, así como en su caso, de las Condiciones Particulares existentes.
La compra se entenderá efectuada en el domicilio de Parapente Aventura Alicante.

2.4.
Una vez efectuada la compra y en el plazo más breve posible, el titular remitirá al usuario por correo electrónico un comprobante de la compra.
Así mismo, el Cliente podrá solicitar al titular la correspondiente factura, la cual le será enviada por correo electrónico a la dirección facilitada.

2.5.
El titular se reserva el derecho de cancelar el acceso a LA TIENDA de aquellos usuarios que mantengan saldos deudores o impagados con Parapente Aventura Alicante.

3.- PAYMENT METHOD, SUSPENSION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1.

To proceed with payment, the user must follow each and every one of the instructions indicated, providing the information that may be required in the e-commerce payment gateway. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure its security.

3.2.
SUSPENSIÓN DE VUELOS

We work closely with instructors and partner companies to ensure that you have all the information regarding any changes to tandem paragliding and paramotoring flights.

If and when plans change for a particular order, we will notify all customers at that time via the email or phone number associated with the purchasing account.

If your flight is rescheduled, we will notify you of the changes and your reservation will be valid for the new date.

3.3.
ENTREGA DE PRODUCTOS

Product orders are delivered by a LOGISTICS COMPANY or by our own means. Except in cases where delivery is made in Santa Pola, the standard rate is 20 euros VAT included for each shipment. The average delivery time for a product indicated as available at the time of purchase is 3 days, but this time may vary depending on the type of item or services purchased, so the customer must consult the specific conditions applicable to the specific product or service. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, which may be different from their residence.

3.4.
DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO

You can exercise your right to withdraw within the first 14 calendar days from the purchase, no questions asked.

If you have not used your flight day reservation and your voucher has not expired, you can also exercise your right to withdrawal, no questions asked..

If you wish to cancel outside of the first 14 days of purchase and your flight reservation is more than 5 days away, you can also exercise your right to cancel, no questions asked.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after we have notified you that we have accepted the refund. All orders incur a handling fee and sales service fees, which will be deducted from the refund, except within the first 14 days of purchase.
