PARAPENTE AVENTURA – PARAGLIDING IN ALICANTE is a company in which transparency in information is essential to establish a relationship of trust with the people who form part of our project and with our suppliers and clients, with the protection of the personal data of the people who trust us being of vital importance, which is why we want to, through this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, inform you of how we collect and how we process or use said data.

This privacy and personal data protection policy establishes the bases on which PARAPENTE AVENTURA – PARAGLIDING IN ALICANTE, with registered office at Av. Escandinavia 23, 03130 Santa Pola (Alicante), processes the personal data that our users voluntarily provide us through the website.

This Policy will always be applicable when data is provided to PARAPENTE AVENTURA – PARAGLIDING IN ALICANTE, which will be responsible for your data (Data Controller), and through any of the contact or subscription forms where personal data is collected (name, email, etc.).

PARAPENTE AVENTURA – PARAGLIDING IN ALICANTE is the Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore the following processing information is provided:

Purposes and legitimacy of processing: maintaining a commercial relationship (due to the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications about products or services (with the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their safekeeping and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided, only the strictly necessary data will be required.

DATA SECURITY AND STORAGE

We will keep the data for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and as long as the owner does not request its deletion, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, doing everything possible to protect and keep them safe.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES

No transfers of data are planned except in cases where there is a legal obligation. There are no plans for international data transfers.
